🛍️Order Service
During the Spring Festival holiday, you can still submit your regular orders and forwarding orders as usual. We will process them in the order of their purchases from February 21st onwards.
Due to the fact that sellers on major domestic e-commerce platforms have started to take holidays and stop shipping, the purchase efficiency of your orders may be affected to some extent by Acbuy. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused.
🏡Warehouse Service
During the Spring Festival, you can still submit your packages as usual. We will allocate manpower as soon as possible starting from February 24th, and process your order sign-in, quality inspection, photographing, weighing, warehousing, packing, package shipping, and other related work in chronological order.
📦Logistics Service
The deadline for the logistics company to pick up the packages is February 13th, and they will gradually resume operations on February 23rd. Therefore, we recommend that you submit the packages at least 2-3 days in advance to avoid affecting the shipping time.
✉️Customer Service
From February 15th to February 23rd, our online customer service will be temporarily unavailable. During this period, if you have any inquiries regarding Acbuy, feel free to leave a message or send us an email at [email protected]. Our team will ensure that normal service resumes by February 24th. We appreciate your understanding and patience!
