Firstly and foremost, every package sent from China to overseas will go through the customs of China, and the customs will spot check the packages. Therefore, there will be two cases: the package passes the customs or is returned by the customs.
In most cases, it has a small possibility that the parcel is returned, please do not worry. If your parcel shows like ”Guangzhou City, [Guangzhou International Exchange Station] Return”

It means that your package was returned due to a security check. It's a little bit unlucky, but don't worry too much since customs clearance has the risk of being returned at any time, the logistics provider usually makes the package try to pass customs multiple times until the tracking shows "Huizhou City, email arrived [Huizhou City Package Workshop]" which means it finally returned back to our warehouse. What we need to do is waiting for the next update.
If it goes well, your parcel will be arranged with the flight and keep shipping to your country
If it fails to pass customs, the package will be returned to Acbuy warehouse, this kind of situation is relatively rare.
If it happens, the shipping fee will be refunded to your Acbuy’s wallet and items in the package will be re-stored in the warehouse, you can submit a parcel again.
Tips: If the package is returned by overseas customs, the logistics provider will not refund the freight.
