1: Locate the AI Number
In the message or email, find and copy the AI number (format: AIXXXXX) 🔍📋
2: Search for the Order
On PC: open your Order page and press Ctrl + F to search for the AI number.
On App or Mobile Web: go to the Order page and scroll to find the matching AI number manually 🧾👀
3: Review the Confirmation Request
Once you find the order, you’ll see a note under your order number like:
💬 "Would you be willing to accept this risk? "
💬 "Do you accept the color change?"
💬 "Please confirm your decision"
4: Respond to the Request
You can:
✅ Use the Reply Message button reply with "Yes", "No", or the confirmed detail (e.g., size)
🙋 Or ask your agent through Order Inquiry for more info before replying.
🕐 After your reply is sent, your agent will process the purchase within 24 hours ⏳
You usually have 72 hours to reply to this message.
⚠️💸 Note: What If Additional Payment is Needed?
Sometimes due to seller price changes or domestic shipping fees, you may receive messages like:
📧 Order Underpaid
📧 Domestic Shipping Fee Underpaid
Just follow the same steps: Find the AI number → Click "Go Make Up the Payment" →Complete the payment
And the same 72-hour window applies for making any additional payments if needed 💰.
