When your item is marked as 'stored,' it means your seller has sent the item to Acbuy's warehouse. At this point, you can view all your stored items on the warehouse page.
You have the option to either submit a single item or select all your items and submit them for delivery together.
Here are your two options:
Submit for Delivery: This means you are ready to pay for the shipping fee. After the warehouse completes the packaging, your shipping fee will be adjusted if necessary, with any overpayments refunded or underpayments charged.
Rehearsal Packing: This is a value-added warehouse service that costs 20 CNY per session. If there are more than 20 items, an additional fee of 1 CNY per extra item will apply. This service allows you to know the actual volume and weight of your parcel in advance, so you can get an accurate shipping cost when submitting your parcel for delivery.
Part One : Submit for Delivery
If you need to remove the packaging, you have two options:
Go to the Packaging Method section on the Warehouse page.
Leave a message after selecting Submit for Delivery.
You can also choose to remove or keep the label in the Label section.
After selecting the packaging method, you can choose the corresponding shipping route. Please note that the Estimated Shipping Time is not the final delivery time, but rather the platform's estimated average arrival time (in business days).
Each shipping route has a specific declared value limit. If you wish to use a particular route, ensure that the declared value you enter falls within this limit. We offer two declaration options: System Declaration and Personal Declaration.
If you choose System Declare, you only need to enter the declared value, and the system will automatically generate the declaration details for you.
If you choose Personal Declare, you will need to enter the item name and details for the declaration. If you are a customer from Brazil, we strongly recommend consulting Discord about the declaration requirements and following the guidelines for a smooth package receipt.
However, don't worry too much. According to the platform's data, the chances of your package being held by customs are very low.
After completing the declaration, you can leave a message for the warehouse with any specific packaging requests. The warehouse team will do their best to accommodate your needs.
If you have a coupon, you can click Select a Coupon to find the applicable coupon to reduce your shipping costs. Please note that each coupon has a minimum shipping fee requirement, and you can only use the coupon once your shipping cost meets that requirement.
Part Two : Rehearsal Packing:
As shown in the image, when you select Rehearsal Packing, you can choose the desired packaging method and your preferred shipping route. You can also leave a message for the warehouse regarding the specific packaging details you'd like. The warehouse team will pack your parcel according to your requests.
Please note that both the Remark and Preferred Shipping Route options are optional. You can choose them based on your needs.
The warehouse team will pack your parcel and generate the data within 3 days. We apologize that we are unable to provide pictures of the packed parcels.
Once you click Rehearsal Result, you can select Submit for Delivery and choose your preferred route. After submitting, you will be able to see the final shipping cost for your parcel.
